About me
Research translated into practical classroom support
Dr Jen O’Sullivan is a lecturer in Literacy Education at Marino Institute of Education and a former primary school teacher. A past president of the Literacy Association of Ireland and Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin, she was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship in 2022 and spent time at the Florida Center for Reading Research.
She is the author of A Sound Beginning for Reading and co-author of Sounds Like Phonics, with research published in journals including The Reading Teacher, Irish Educational Studies and REACH Journal of Inclusive Education.
